Shipping Policy:
When will my order be shipped?
As soon as we process your payment, we will pack up your order to ship out. It usually leaves the store a day or two after your order is placed.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.
Online Store Return Policy:
Returns are accepted on merchandise within 5 days of receipt. Returns will only be accepted for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached. The item MUST be in saleable condition and have no smells, stains or any indication of being worn. A full refund will be issued, minus any shipping fees.
All sale merchandise is final sale.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Charmed Avenue does not assume return shipping costs. Packages that arrive COD will be denied.

Fill out the return form sent with your order. Securely repackage your merchandise, include the return form, and ship back to Charmed Avenue. Email [email protected] with the return tracking information and your order number. Once the package is received and merchandise is approved for return, a full refund will be issued back the way you paid.
